General conditions for the services offered by: www.wiredrawing.net; www.trafilatura.com; www.trefilage.com; www.trefilado.com. 1)OBJECT The present document describes the general conditions of the contract (following suitable "General Conditions" or "Contract") that discipline the use of the services (following suitable as "Services" or singly "Service") furnished by trafilatura.com headquartered in Valmadrera, Street A. Manzoni, 75 (following "trafilatura.com"), society that manages the web site www.trafilatura.com. The following General Conditions are applied to the subjects organized in company (following "Users") that use the Services offered by trafilatura.com The obligation to the respect of the present Conditions it's also extended to the services that will be furnished in the future to the Users, except for particular dispositions and special accords at the moment of the first registration or the first supply of the new service. The consumer has the obligation to the respect of the present Conditions, that they have effectiveness beginning from their acceptance and they remain valid, indefinitely, possible variations excepted. Trafilatura.com can interrup, in particular,t the supply of the Services, with immediate effect and without need of preventive communication, in the following cases: - when the consumer doesn't furnish adjourned personal data, complete and truthful; - when the consumer uses the Services for illegal purposes or for the transmission or exchange of illegitimate, troublesome, racist, slanderous or defamatory material, injurious of other people's privacy, unauthorized, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise reprehensible that violate, or can violate rights of intellectual or industrial ownership or other services of third persons; in case he brings nuisance or damage, in any way, to minors of age (violence, exploitation, etc.); - when the consumer uses the Services for the exchange of viruses, chain letters, or for the distribution not required and in mass of e-mail; - when the consumer violates the Terms of the contract and the particular conditions applicable to a service. The consumer recognizes that the use of the Services happens to his own exclusive risk. The Services are furnished so "as they are" and "as available.". Trafilatura.com cannot be considered delinquent to its own obligations, neither responsible of the consequent damages to the missed performance of the Services because of the wrong or missed operation of the electronic mean of communication, for causes out of the sphere of the really predictable control, inclusive, for example but not only, fires, natural disasters, energy's lack, unavailability of the telephone lines of connection or other suppliers of the Services of net, malfunction of the calculators and other electronic devices, also not belonging to Internet, malfunction of the softwares installed by the Consumer, as well as from actions of other Consumers or other people having acces to the net. The consumer is entirely taken on every responsibility on the content of the information and the texts sent to Trafilatura.com, recognizing him the only person responsible of these and lifting Trafilatura.com from any consequent application of damage or retaliated, refunding Trafilatura.com of every consequential cost from pretensions or actions of thirds, founded on the violation of rights of intellectual ownership of third people or on the errand of competitive crimes realized by the consumer through the signalings object of the Service. The Consumers can furnish link to other sites or to other resources of Internet. Trafilatura.com is not kept to check the content of such sites and doesn't take on any responsibility for the content or the material, also advertising, divulged on such sites or external resources or for the products or services offered inside there. Any controversy related to the validity, interpretation, execution, breach and resolution of the present General Conditions will be submitted to the exclusive competence of the Competent Court of Lecco.
